Synkra offers discounted access for students, non profits and community organisations that meet the eligibility requirements. Students receive 35% off, while qualifying non profits and community organisations receive 60% off the standard plan price.

A message is every individual outgoing agent message. A five reply conversation counts as five messages, while customer messages and internal notes do not count toward your message allowance.

An AI operation is one successful AI action, including an automatic reply or an action triggered from the inbox. These actions include Suggest Reply, Summarize Conversation, Improve Reply, Change Tone, Fix Spelling and Grammar, Suggest Labels and Suggested follow up.

When Auto reply is enabled, the AI Agent answers customers automatically. Each automatic reply uses one AI operation.

A notification email is one outbound email Synkra sends on your behalf. Currently, this includes conversation transcripts sent automatically when a conversation is resolved or manually by an agent.

Each type of usage has its own limit, and reaching one limit does not stop the rest of your inbox from working. Messages stop sending when the message allowance is reached, but receiving customer messages is not affected.

When storage reaches its allowance, new uploads pause while existing files remain accessible. You can add storage or upgrade your plan to continue uploading.

AI operations and notification emails pause when their respective allowances are reached. Your inbox continues working normally, so you can still receive and send customer messages.

You can upgrade when your business needs more capacity, and the upgrade applies immediately. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Add on packs give you additional messages, AI operations or notification emails when you need more than your plan includes. Message packs start at R50 for 5,000 messages, while AI operation and notification email packs start at R50 for 1,000 credits.

Add on packs never expire and are used only after your plan's included allowance has been used.

Additional seats cost R69 per seat per month, giving you room to add teammates without changing your main plan. Storage overage costs R30 per GB, and additional storage can be purchased when your included allowance is no longer enough.

Payments are processed through Paystack, and your usage and billing information are available under Settings → Billing. This gives you a central place to see how much of your plan you have used and manage your subscription.
